Browser nato per i sistemi Mac, ora disponibile anche su Windows, è veloce, e secondo il team realizzatore, Safari è il migliore nelle performance HTML e JavaScript. In alcuni test effettuati dai ragazzi di CyberNet è risultato il più veloce tra i browser in stable release, mentre viene superato dalla Beta 4 di Firefox 3. Un ottimo risultato in ogni caso. Non ci sono grosse novità in questa nuova versione di Safari, la release puntava essenzialmente ha un miglioramento sotto il profilo delle performance e sembra aver colpito nel segno. Un’alternativa valida ai classici Firefox e Internet Explorer a cui dare senz’altro una possibilità!
